Heath Clarke
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Heath Clarke Heath joined the company as President and Chairman in March 1999 and has served as CEO since January 2001. From 1998 to 1999, Heath was Vice President of eCommerce for LanguageForce, Inc., a language translation software company. Prior to this he served as marketing manager for Starnet, a Canadian internet company. From 1995 to 1998, he was Special Projects Director for the Berg Group of Companies (Australia), and from 1988 to 1995, he was founder and CEO of Australian Fibre Packaging.

Heath is a frequent guest speaker at local search and online advertising industry events. Also a guest lecturer for online advertising at Pepperdine's Executive MBA program, he was a 2005 finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Heath co-chaired events on the global economy and counter-terrorism as a member of Young Presidents’ Organization, and is a Patron Councilor of the Atlantic Council, a Patron of the American Enterprise Institute, a President's Club Member of the Heritage Foundation, a President's Council Member of the Foundation for Economic Education, and a Member of the Ludwig von Mises Institute.


Bruce Crair
President and Chief Operating Officer
Bruce Crair Bruce has over 20 years of senior management experience leading public and private high technology companies. From 2003 to 2005, Bruce served as co-founder and COO of ZeroDegrees, Inc., an Internet company that provided online social networking services to business professionals, which was sold to IAC/InterActiveCorp. Bruce served as president for Sprint PCS/Cox Communications PCS from 1995 to 1998, where he successfully built the wireless voice business in Southern California from inception to a leadership position in the PCS market. From 1999 to 2001, Bruce was president and COO for eVoice, Inc., an integrated IP telephony services company, which was purchased by America Online in 2001. Bruce received his B.S. degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy and a M.B.A. in Corporate Strategy and International Business from the University of California, Berkeley.


Douglas Norman
Chief Financial Officer
Douglas Norman Doug has 19 years of experience in corporate finance and administration in public high technology companies. From 1991 to 2002, he was a founder and CFO at Starbase Corporation, a software company that was purchased in 2002. From 1989 to 1991, he was Senior Financial Analyst at Ashton-Tate Corporation. Previously, Doug was Senior Financial Analyst at Archive Corporation, the leader of tape drive technology. Douglas holds a M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount and a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach


Jennifer Black
Vice President, Marketing
Jennifer Black Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience in online and offline marketing, strategic planning, business development and e-commerce promotion. Her primary responsibilities include search engine marketing and optimization, promotion, branding, public relations, industry relations and corporate communications. Jennifer was previously with Autobytel, the industry leader in the online automotive space, where she was instrumental in driving traffic and monetizing partnerships throughout the company's network of websites. During her tenure, she was responsible for spearheading traffic partnership deals with America Online, United Online and Earthlink. Prior to Autobytel, she held senior marketing and strategic planning positions at Teleflora and Overstock.com. She holds a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Utah.


Heather Dilley
Vice President, Human Resources
Heather Dilley Heather has over 20 years of diversified human resource experience. Most recently, she served as Human Resource Manager at Paciolan, an online ticketing software company. She has also served in senior human resource roles at a number of high technology and online companies including Rainbow Technologies, Canon, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and HNC Software Insurance Solutions, among others. Heather holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management and a B.A. in Sociology from Chapman University, Orange.


Peter Hutto
Vice President, Business Development and Sales
Peter Hutto Peter brings an extensive background in sales and business development to the Local.com management team. Most recently, he was co-founder and Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for ZeroDegrees, an online business social networking company which he sold to IAC/InterActive Corp in 2004. Peter has also held Senior Principal and General Manager roles with several consulting firms and was the Managing Director, Southwest Area Executive for EDS and MCI Systemhouse, where he was an integral member of the leadership team that grew the business from $400 million to over $1.5 billion in revenue. Peter graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a bachelor's degree in Political Science.


Ralph Kravitz
Vice President, Operations
Ralph Kravitz Ralph previously served as the company's Director of Operations from December 2001 to April 2004. From 1990 to 2001, Ralph held many key positions at Veriad, including Manager of Networking and eCommerce, where he was instrumental in creating Veriad's ecommerce website and formalizing the company's strategic planning processes. He received his initial training in the aerospace industry, working for Hughes Aircraft from 1984-1987. Ralph holds a B.A. in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton.


Kim LaFleur
Vice President, Product Management
Kim LaFleur Kim has more than 10 years of product management and software development experience. Most recently, she served as senior director of product management for Digital River's globalTech, Inc., a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions for software and consumer electronics. Previously Kim held a product management position with Commerce5, an ecommerce application service provider and served as part of the team that led the company to be acquired by Digital River for $45 million in December of 2005. Prior to Commerce5, Kim served in management roles at Kia Motors and Josten's Publishing Corporation. She holds a B.A. degree in Computer Design and a B.S. degree in Communications from Loma Linda University.


Malcolm Lewis
Vice President & General Manager, Private Label
Malcolm Lewis Malcolm Lewis has 19 years of strategic marketing and general management experience with public and private companies. Prior to Local.com Corp, Malcolm was CEO of PremierGuide, a company he founded in 2003 and built into the leading provider of private-label local search solutions and subsequently sold to Local.com in 2007. Prior to PremierGuide, he was Vice President of Industry Communications for Vitria Technology, where he helped grow the company from an early-stage startup to a public company with annual sales of $150M. Prior to Vitria, Malcolm was Director of Marketing for Interweave Software, an Internet startup acquired by Cognos Corp. in 1997. Prior to Interweave, he held various product marketing positions at Oracle Corp. Malcolm holds an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Sheffield Hallam University, England.
